After a defensive mix-up in ✪ XV de Umarizal's zone, Dime Darrell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remo Amaral came out of the goal and Dime Darrell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the match, Oiteiras's goal looked a bit too open when James Rodrigues came free, but 彭钢昂 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 彭钢昂 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Nestor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Renatinho Loyola notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ✪ XV de Umarizal's Remo Amaral. Remo Amaral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the match, Lucas Moura dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 彭钢昂, 1-1. If Narciso Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Remo Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Tinoco in the 16th minute of play. Elói de Souza made in the 18th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Valdo Vergílio immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Tinoco in the 22nd minute of play forced ✪ XV de Umarizal's goalkeeper Remo Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Oiteiras's Narciso Tinoco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remo Amaral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Moura got free with 彭钢昂 in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute, Narciso Tinoco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remo Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Dime Darrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Remo Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Narciso Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Tinoco in the 43rd minute of play forced ✪ XV de Umarizal's goalkeeper Remo Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remo Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Tinoco in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell James Rodrigues to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Narciso Tinoco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Remo Amaral, 1-5. In the 57th minute, Oiteiras's Narciso Tinoco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Remo Amaral. Remo Amaral yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Oiteiras's Narciso Tinoco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Remo Amaral. That made the score 1-7 after 61 minutes of play. Oiteiras made a substitution. Amílton Pereira replaced Vágner Carioca. Remo Amaral made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Amílton Pereira sent off a good shot on target. After 71 played minutes ✪ XV de Umarizal got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Chaves. In the 72nd match minute, ✪ XV de Umarizal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Chaves to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, ✪ XV de Umarizal's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Örtendahl came free, but Remo Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remo Amaral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adilson Reis in the 74th minute. After 75th play minutes Amílton Pereira shot 1-8, a short shot which went by Remo Amaral and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Amílton Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oiteiras's supporters rose to their feet, but Amílton Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remo Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Adilson Reis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 88 minutes into the match, ✪ XV de Umarizal's goalkeeper Remo Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adilson Reis. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Börje Örtendahl put it in 1-9 from a short distance just to the right of Remo Amaral. Oiteiras's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
