Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Richárd Richards made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jez Mabbutt in the 6th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Nuno Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SRP-Laguna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gone With the Win the free kick. Gone With the Win's Ed Ingram played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Téo Donato in the 10th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Stuart Brayson put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Richárd Richards. Lawrence Carroll fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richárd Richards having to interfere. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Stuart Brayson sped through SRP-Laguna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Richárd Richards. In the 24th minute, Jez Mabbutt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gone With the Win fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Jez Mabbutt took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richárd Richards. Richárd Richards dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Stuart Brayson sped through SRP-Laguna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Richárd Richards. Richárd Richards didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jez Mabbutt went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. After 36 played minutes Gone With the Win got a freekick which was hit by Lawrence Carroll. Chicão Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Richárd Richards made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jez Mabbutt in the 39th minute of play. Ollie Kennedy kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Gone With the Win's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Téo Donato 42 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-7. Richárd Richards made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stuart Brayson in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nilmar do Nascimento to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in SRP-Laguna's zone, Stuart Brayson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richárd Richards came out of the goal and Stuart Brayson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Gone With the Win's Jake Bolton got a free kick in the 54th minute. Ed Ingram made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilmar do Nascimento in the 55th minute of play. Ed Ingram took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chicão Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Ted Wishart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, SRP-Laguna's Nilmar do Nascimento tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gone With the Win's Ed Ingram played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Domingues in the 67th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Endrick Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ed Ingram saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gone With the Win booed when SRP-Laguna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. SRP-Laguna's Richárd Richards proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save SRP-Laguna from getting a goal against them. If Stuart Brayson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stuart Brayson came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Richárd Richards could save by the left post. Endrick Gol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ed Ingram having to interfere. In the 89th minute Marcelo Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ed Ingram saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stuart Brayson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Richárd Richards made a huge save. The Gone With the Win supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gone With the Win would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
