In the 11th match minute, Arsenal de Gols F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo de Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Claes Andreasson. Andreas Palička made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romário Passos in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of FC Kurdistan booed when Arsenal de Gols F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Arsenal de Gols F.C's goalkeeper Nils Rast had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mattias Svahn. Andreas Palička showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Roberto Félix in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Tony Brasil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Palička saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Nils Rast proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal de Gols F.C from getting a goal against them. Mattias Svahn who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Nils Rast when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nils Rast made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Mattias Svahn sent off a good shot on target. If Romário Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Elói de Almeida in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Kurdistan's Die Hard. Nils Rast took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Svahn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mattias Svahn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Nils Rast made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kurdistan's zone, Zé Roberto Félix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Palička came out of the goal and Zé Roberto Félix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 51st minute, Oskar Lustig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils Rast was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Zé Roberto Félix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Kurdistan's Fabian Lundström was substituted for Mattias Svahn. FC Kurdistan made a substitution. Tomas Vollander replaced Oskar Lustig. Fabian Lundström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nils Rast having to make a save. Zé Roberto Félix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Andreas Palička made a huge save. When Tony Brasil came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Arsenal de Gols F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Brasil couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Elói de Almeida in the 91st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Kurdistan's Die Hard. When Zé Roberto Félix fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal de Gols F.C's protests and gave Zé Roberto Félix a yellow card for diving instead. Nils Rast showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Lundström in the 93rd minute of the match. When Claes Andreasson fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kurdistan's protests and gave Claes Andreasson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th minute, Claes Andreasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The FC Kurdistan support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
