Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roque Adrio in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Damian Bero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Laureano Espiridion. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. In the 16th minute, Boquenses's Artemio Iruinea seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Artemio Iruinea the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Boquenses protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Artemio Iruinea had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Boquenses! Placido Bidari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Laureano Espiridion made a huge save. Laureano Espiridion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Hotz in the 27th minute of the match. Laureano Espiridion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Bero, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Placido Bidaris short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Laureano Espiridion to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 40th minute Damian Bero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Espiridion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's goalkeeper Laureano Espiridion had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Placido Bidari. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The wind increased when Placido Bidari made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Bidari came free, but Laureano Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS booed when Boquenses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Bero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute Mariano Matthew shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Bertol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laureano Espiridion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Boquenses's goalkeeper Jaime Bertol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roque Adrio. 66 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Bidari came free, but Laureano Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Bidari's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laureano Espiridion read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Eulalio Palos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laureano Espiridion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Martxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Bidari in the 79th minute of play forced CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's goalkeeper Laureano Espiridion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Placido Bidari had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laureano Espiridion. CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Placido Bidari was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After having played for 90 minutes, Placido Bidari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boquenses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Bidari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute of the match Eloy Urbez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laureano Espiridion showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
