In the 40th minute, one of Garlic Eaters:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Garlic Eaters. Gul Keep had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Hakkı Kenan Uygun's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 46th minute, Halis Miran made a precise shot to the right of Gul Keep. Garlic Eaters's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gez Barber made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Garlic Eaters! Hakkı Kenan Uygun shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Ferit Adak's late challenge caught a Garlic Eaters's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain.
