When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Gabriel Vargas put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonas Rozarius. 91 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Bonadona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Candela FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Acade the free kick. 95 minutes into the match, Gerardo Sedeni notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of La Candela FC's Benigno Guillem. Benigno Guillem was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that La Acade were the better team. La Acade's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
