An unexpectedly hard shot by Said Alić in the 13th minute of play forced Atlético Maravilla's goalkeeper Marco-Antonio Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Oier Roman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Maravilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK KLIS the free kick. Oier Roman kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Vlastimir Pribišalić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco-Antonio Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Vlastimir Pribišalić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Maravilla's Marco-Antonio Campos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute, Ali Kurčubić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, Atlético Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Vlastimir Pribišalić came free, but Marco-Antonio Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vlastimir Pribišalić in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco-Antonio Campos saved Atlético Maravilla from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Vlastimir Pribišalić put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marco-Antonio Campos. Marco-Antonio Campos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Kurčubić, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xuaco Barro made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xuaco Barro during the 51st minute. Marco-Antonio Campos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esad Karadža in the 69th minute of play. FK KLIS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
