The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelino Abajas to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Osvaldinho Baptista put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Djimmy Guimard. After 91 played minutes Inter Gala got a freekick which was hit by Alfredão Brasil. 94 minutes into the match, El Patriarca ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Reinaldo Dracena came free, but Djimmy Guimard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Inter Gala had won after a very even match.
