Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Thomas in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Conrado Eder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute, Eduard Hourani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelino Merexildo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Berni y Benja FC's Marcelino Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Dubardo in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match GARIBALDI FC got a corner. Berni y Benja FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raul Transito ran over to the corner to take the kick. Raul Transito made a great header on GARIBALDI FC's corner, it was just that Berni y Benja FC's Marcelino Merexildo managed to reach the ball for a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Conrado Eder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Thomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. GARIBALDI FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berni y Benja FC the free kick. Berni y Benja FC made a substitution. Isaias Bernad replaced Ivan Lordi. Dedê Koehler kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. GARIBALDI FC made a substitution. Ruperto Quirze replaced Victorio Abaurre. Berni y Benja FC made a substitution. Gaby Gol replaced Eduard Hourani. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Berni y Benja FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while GARIBALDI FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
