Epifanio Orkatz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Connie Lyon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crimson Knights's supporters rose to their feet, but Connie Lyon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Azeari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luciano Azeari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Connie Lyon in the 17th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Connie Lyon notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Barrilete Cósmico's Luciano Azeari. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Connie Lyon in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luciano Azeari saved Barrilete Cósmico from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Connie Lyon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Connie Lyon in the 53rd minute of play forced Barrilete Cósmico's goalkeeper Luciano Azeari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Connie Lyon took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Luciano Azeari to make any attempt to save it. 61 minutes into the match, Barrilete Cósmico's goal looked a bit too open when Connie Lyon came free, but Luciano Azeari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Azeari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robt Sanford, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After 62 minutes, Robt Sanford mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crimson Knights and the Barrilete Cósmico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Crimson Knights's Robt Sanford got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Luciano Azeari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robt Sanford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Connie Lyon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luciano Azeari was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jimeno Guillerme the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Crimson Knights protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jimeno Guillerme had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Crimson Knights! Luciano Azeari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robt Sanford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Crimson Knights were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Barrilete Cósmico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leonard Martinaș took the corner. Luciano Azeari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robt Sanford in the 95th minute. The Barrilete Cósmico fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Crimson Knights were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
