Osvaldo Ardiles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Miska Känsäkangas made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Osvaldo Ardiles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El coca fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 30 minutes into the match, Galand FC's goalkeeper Miska Känsäkangas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmelo Ponce. Orvo Meltoranta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Noguera succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 35th playminute. 38 minutes into the match, Galand FC's goalkeeper Miska Känsäkangas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luciano Noguera. Miska Känsäkangas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Aguilera in the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Carmelo Ponce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miska Känsäkangas was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The supporters of Galand FC booed when El coca fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Aguilera didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the game, El coca fc's Luciano Noguera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miska Känsäkangas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Miska Känsäkangas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Aguilera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that El coca fc were the better team. El coca fc's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
