Spectators: 172 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 0) Sakis Korakis made the kick off and thus started the match. After some careless play in the Lord of the Wings defense, Sakis Korakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alisdair Ferries. The Lord of the Wings fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alisdair Ferries should have stopped the shot. After 6 played minutes Lord of the Wings got a freekick which was hit by Tam Clerk. In the 8th minute, Christos Kalkavouras fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Babbis Petroutsos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finlay Falconer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Lord of the Wings's Alisdair Ferries got control of the ball when Sakis Korakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ntinos Ioannidis in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alisdair Ferries saved Lord of the Wings from getting behind. Terry Gillespie kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's Tam Clerk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Babbis Petroutsos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lord of the Wings's Alisdair Ferries played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panagiotis Mitsibonas in the 20th minute of play. After 21 minutes of play Lord of the Wings's Tam Clerk was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Tam Clerk kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Finlay Falconer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Babbis Petroutsos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Lord of the Wings's Finlay Falconer got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Babbis Petroutsos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finlay Falconer in the 30th minute of the match. Alisdair Ferries didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Panagiotis Mitsibonas went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Lord of the Wings's Alisdair Ferries got control of the ball when Tasos Kavvadias tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Finlay Falconer to make the kick off. Alisdair Ferries made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panagiotis Mitsibonas in the 53rd minute of play. Alisdair Ferries showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tasos Kavvadias, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. If Ntinos Ioannidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lord of the Wings's Alisdair Ferries played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ntinos Ioannidis in the 74th minute of play. Alisdair Ferries made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panagiotis Mitsibonas in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Drafi booed when Lord of the Wings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Finlay Falconer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Panagiotis Mitsibonas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 88th play minutes Finlay Falconer shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Babbis Petroutsos and just under the crossbar into goal. Lord of the Wings's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
