Norbert Beltran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narcis Agachi in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute Narcis Agachi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Beltran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 9 minutes into the game, when Emilio Raymond put in a rough tackle. 9 minutes into the game, one of Golden Hills:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alexandru Săvulescu shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Norbert Beltran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narcis Agachi went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Norbert Beltran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragoş Coporan, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 23rd minute, Alexandru Săvulescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C CLUJ MEDICINA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Calistrat Potopea struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Norbert Beltran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C CLUJ MEDICINA. In the 27th minute, Leontin Teodoreanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalkeeper Bogdan Lobonț had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raymundo Naylor. 31 minutes into the game, Calistrat Potopea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Norbert Beltran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Norbert Beltran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexandru Săvulescu went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. 0-6 became the score in the 41st minute when Narcis Agachi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Dragoş Coporan took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Norbert Beltran. Norbert Beltran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. After the first half F.C CLUJ MEDICINA were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raymundo Naylor to make the kick off. Golden Hills's Norbert Beltran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Golden Hills from getting a goal against them. Norbert Beltran came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Narcis Agachi. But to his dismay, Narcis Agachi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Narcis Agachi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Norbert Beltran made a huge save. Norbert Beltran was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Calistrat Potopea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 66 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandru Săvulescu got free with Norbert Beltran in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wiley Hopkins during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Golden Hills getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Wiley Hopkins hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Golden Hills's zone, Narcis Agachi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norbert Beltran came out of the goal and Narcis Agachi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 0-10 became the score in the 75th minute when Narcis Agachi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Dragoş Coporan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bogdan Lobonț didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Golden Hills's Theo Zuniga shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-10 in the ordered_time% minute. Calistrat Potopea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Beltran having to interfere. In the 89th minute, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Narcis Agachi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-11. After 93 played minutes Golden Hills got a freekick which was hit by Josh Castaneda. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
