In the 21st minute, Zbyszek Ciupierdo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sanchez Vagrande was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Sanchez Vagrande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Basaik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the match, Dom Spokojnej Młodości's Zbyszek Ciupierdo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sanchez Vagrande narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sixto Mascaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
