The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Blue Boys Predators's Greger Myr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basri Rüştü in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's Ayvaz Kayı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Greger Myr made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Greger Myr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basri Rüştü in the 32nd minute of play. Baha Orkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Ayvaz Kayı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Greger Myr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayvaz Kayı, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's Kutay Satır quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sebastian Samuelsson, made in the 45th minute of the game.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for George Valler to strike the kick off in the second half. When Genco Tamkut came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Ruzgar Gibi Geçti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genco Tamkut couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Samuelsson hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Blue Boys Predators defense, Ayvaz Kayı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Greger Myr. The Blue Boys Predators fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Greger Myr should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Ayvaz Kayı took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Greger Myr to make any attempt to save it. Blue Boys Predators's Harald Wallengren managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Berk Seyban in the 67 minute of the game. Greger Myr stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ayvaz Kayı's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes, Sebastian Samuelsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blue Boys Predators and the Ruzgar Gibi Geçti players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th minute, Ayvaz Kayı left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ruzgar Gibi Geçti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Blue Boys Predators's Greger Myr proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Blue Boys Predators from getting a goal against them. With his leg Greger Myr managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's Basri Rüştü fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ayvaz Kayı in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Greger Myr saved Blue Boys Predators from getting behind. 92 minutes into the game, Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's Ayvaz Kayı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Greger Myr made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
