A collision led to ADM Taquaras getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Baltazar França hit a great ball. In the 46th match minute, ADM Taquaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilson Duarte to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Léo de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Ibrahimovic in the 55th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Sidnei Dionísio put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Floresta Club U18 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! Léo de Brito had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Michel Drogba's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 57 minutes of play, ADM Taquaras's Michel Drogba made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Léo de Brito was left in no man's land by his defense there! 62 minutes into the match, Denílson Negri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Décio Marinho. ADM Taquaras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denílson Negri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After a rather tough play, ADM Taquaras's Wilson Duarte got a free kick in the 69th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dito Donato during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dito Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. One of Floresta Club U18:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ADM Taquaras:s goal. Floresta Club U18:s Léo de Brito showed great skill when he stopped Michel Drogba:s penalty. Floresta Club U18 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
