Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fernan Llope started the match with the kick off. Generoso Quintun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eusebio Gotzon made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Strong Body sent off a good shot on target. Fernan Llope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steen Müür having to interfere. Boukjan van Dongen struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Eusebio Gotzon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heineken Youths. Steen Müür showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Quintun in the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to ViCeNzA getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Feliciano Barbosa hit a great ball. Steen Müür made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Llope in the 18th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celestino Platon during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 19 played minutes ViCeNzA got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Platon. Strong Body's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Eusebio Gotzon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Eusebio Gotzon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar van Rijswijk in the 34th minute of play. Edgar van Rijswijk hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Steen Müür showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Llope, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Steen Müür stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernan Llope's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. After 42 minutes Heineken Youths's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arturo Lluc who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Blas Abascal managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Eusebio Gotzon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boukjan van Dongen in the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Strong Body was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, ViCeNzA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Platon to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in ViCeNzA's zone, Boukjan van Dongen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusebio Gotzon came out of the goal and Boukjan van Dongen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the match, ViCeNzA's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar van Rijswijk came free, but Eusebio Gotzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Feliciano Barbosa put in a rough tackle. In the 55th match minute, ViCeNzA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. After 56 played minutes, Heineken Youths's Boukjan van Dongen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusebio Gotzon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Heineken Youths reached it. Eusebio Gotzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Strong Body, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Blas Abascal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ViCeNzA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Heineken Youths the free kick. In the 60th match minute, ViCeNzA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blas Abascal to maneuver through the defense. After 60 played minutes, Heineken Youths's Boukjan van Dongen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusebio Gotzon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Heineken Youths's Steen Müür proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Heineken Youths from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Strong Body managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heineken Youths's supporters rose to their feet, but Strong Body was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusebio Gotzon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Strong Body sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusebio Gotzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Strong Body, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ViCeNzA's Eusebio Gotzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Strong Body in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of ViCeNzA booed when Heineken Youths was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heiko Cruijff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernan Llope might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Steen Müür. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernan Llope ran back to his position shaking his head. For all the effort they put into the match, the ViCeNzA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Heineken Youths.
