Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquin Lorien started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes of play, Vila Mascote FC's Kaká Mota made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hernan Goren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hernan Goren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Délio Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Délio Peixoto in the 14th minute of play forced BERMEJO's goalkeeper Hernan Goren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, BERMEJO's goal looked a bit too open when Kaká Mota came free, but Hernan Goren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raul Dantae kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. BERMEJO's Hernan Goren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Sarmento in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, BERMEJO's goal looked a bit too open when Délio Peixoto came free, but Hernan Goren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes BERMEJO got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Gonzo. Hernan Goren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Délio Peixoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 31 minutes BERMEJO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kaká Mota who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Natã Castro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hernan Goren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Délio Peixoto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernan Goren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. The supporters of BERMEJO booed when Vila Mascote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Francisco Baiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. BERMEJO's Romulo Feliu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 37th minute of play. The shot was stopped by William Rosa but with some difficulty. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Délio Peixoto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hernan Goren made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Délio Peixoto sent off a good shot on target. BERMEJO's Raul Dantae suffered a concussion in the 56th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. A collision led to Vila Mascote FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Kaká Mota hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes Vila Mascote FC got a freekick which was hit by Kaká Mota. A collision led to Vila Mascote FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Kaká Mota hit a great ball. William Rosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Romildo in the 64th minute of play. After 72 minutes, Zhang Zheng Liang made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. BERMEJO's Hernan Goren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Varela in the 79th minute of play forced Vila Mascote FC's goalkeeper William Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernan Goren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fabiano Eger in the 80th minute of the match. After 82 played minutes BERMEJO got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Feliu. Zhang Zheng Liang's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hernan Goren firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 90th minute Vila Mascote FC were awarded a corner. Kaká Mota went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in João Francisco Baiano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BERMEJO's Hernan Goren did a great save. In the 92nd minute, Bruno Romildo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BERMEJO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Vila Mascote FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
