Leon Urtzi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Márcio de Mendonça went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Ekzema F.V.'s Wellington Baiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Ekzema F.V. from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Candido Lauro came free, but Wellington Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ekzema F.V.'s Márcio de Mendonça got a free kick in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dieguito Quintana in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wellington Baiano saved Ekzema F.V. from getting behind. After 22 minutes Ekzema F.V.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dieguito Quintana who took care of the corner kick. In the 24th match minute, Ekzema F.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maicon Linhares to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Dieguito Quintana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Argentino's supporters rose to their feet, but Dieguito Quintana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wellington Baiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute, Matheus Aparecido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wellington Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dieguito Quintana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Atlético Argentino's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Vianna came free, but Leon Urtzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Candido Lauro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Wellington Baiano made a huge save. In the 39th minute, Márcio de Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ekzema F.V. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 42 minutes into the game, Márcio de Mendonça cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Leon Urtzi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguito Quintana in the 46th minute of play forced Ekzema F.V.'s goalkeeper Wellington Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 47 played minutes Ekzema F.V. got a freekick which was hit by Fred Vianna. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oswaldo Coutinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Florentino Leizarraga hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, Dieguito Quintana notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Ekzema F.V.'s Wellington Baiano. Wellington Baiano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oswaldo Coutinho hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Ekzema F.V.'s Wellington Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Paio in the 88th minute of play. Wellington Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieguito Quintana in the 90th minute of the match. Wellington Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Cordero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oswaldo Coutinho hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Atlético Argentino were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
