An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Urbano in the 17th minute of play forced Lupi Grigi's goalkeeper Bruno Tullo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tasso FC's Waldir Urbano in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lupi Grigi's goalie prevented a goal. Waldir Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Bruno Tullo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Waldir Urbano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tasso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldir Urbano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Tullo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lupi Grigi's Bruno Tullo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Urbano in the 35th minute of play. In the 37thth minute of the game Waldir Urbano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lupi Grigi's Bruno Tullo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Severi Nybacka struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Bruno Tullo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tasso FC. Waldir Urbano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 48th minute, Waldir Urbano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 48th minute Waldir Urbano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Tullo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Sebastián Coates fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Tullo having to interfere. The supporters of Tasso FC booed when Lupi Grigi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciccio Orioli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Tullo made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Caio Mendes sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute, Waldir Urbano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Tullo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 69 minutes into the game, Waldir Urbano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Bruno Tullo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 73rd play minutes Waldir Urbano shot 0-7, a short shot which went by Bruno Tullo and just under the crossbar into goal. Tasso FC's Normando Fiúza was substituted for Waldir Urbano. 78 minutes into the match, Lupi Grigi's goal looked a bit too open when Normando Fiúza came free, but Bruno Tullo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lupi Grigi's zone, Miguel Sequeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Tullo came out of the goal and Miguel Sequeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lupi Grigi's Bruno Tullo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Normando Fiúza in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to Lupi Grigi getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Dave Maiorano hit a great ball. Juca Tasso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Lupi Grigi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tasso FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
