With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osmar Rosario in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramiro Nicholas saved Barrilete Cósmico FC from getting behind. Ernani Xavier hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 12thth minute of the game Osmar Rosario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrilete Cósmico FC's Ramiro Nicholas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ramiro Nicholas came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by ROSÁRIO SPORT's Osmar Rosario. But to his dismay, Osmar Rosario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ramiro Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osmar Rosario in the 18th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Barrilete Cósmico FC defense, Osmar Rosario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramiro Nicholas. The Barrilete Cósmico FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramiro Nicholas should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmar Rosario in the 33rd minute of play forced Barrilete Cósmico FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barrilete Cósmico FC's Arsenio Heriberto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ernani Xavier, made in the 38th minute of the game. In the 41st minute, Amador Loreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osmar Rosario struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ramiro Nicholas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROSÁRIO SPORT. If Osmar Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half ROSÁRIO SPORT were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciriaco Vito to strike the kick off in the second half. Ramiro Nicholas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osmar Rosario went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Arí Vergílio hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. If Osmar Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70th minute Osmar Rosario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Osmar Rosario took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Ramiro Nicholas to make any attempt to save it. ROSÁRIO SPORT made a substitution. Felippe de Lara replaced Arí Vergílio. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Delfim Berger was substituted for 余斌亦. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Felippe de Lara managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arsenio Heriberto in the 81 minute of the game. Ernani Xavier might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ramiro Nicholas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ernani Xavier ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernani Xavier got free with Ramiro Nicholas in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramiro Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernani Xavier in the 88th minute of play. A hard shot 91 in the game by Ernani Xavier from a close distance when the talented Ramiro Nicholas managed to make a qualified save. Barrilete Cósmico FC's players were relieved. Ernani Xavier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Ramiro Nicholas made a huge save. When Ernani Xavier came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the ROSÁRIO SPORT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernani Xavier couldn't finish the play. ROSÁRIO SPORT were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Barrilete Cósmico FC's much stronger midfield.
