The Deportivo Galicia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 31 minutes into the game, Svanbjörn von den Berg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Marius Bălașa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 35 minutes into the game, Juventus Țiu's Daniel Mihele nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 38 played minutes Deportivo Galicia got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Cordearo. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Svanbjörn von den Berg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Galicia's supporters rose to their feet, but Svanbjörn von den Berg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marius Bălașa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Svanbjörn von den Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The audience was convinced that Svanbjörn von den Berg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marius Bălașa was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 58 minutes into the match, Svanbjörn von den Berg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marius Bălașa. Sven-Åke Granberg struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Marius Bălașa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Galicia. Marius Bălașa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedele Melani, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Sven-Åke Granberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marius Bălașa was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Leonel Mesquita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marius Bălașa having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Eugen Daimacă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dorin Popeneciu hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Daniel Mihele kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Leonel Mesquita put it in 8-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marius Bălașa. Ernest Bărcăuan's late challenge caught a Deportivo Galicia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernest Bărcăuan helped the player get up and apologised. Ernest Bărcăuan hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Deportivo Galicia's Leonel Mesquita got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus Țiu's zone, Sven-Åke Granberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marius Bălașa came out of the goal and Sven-Åke Granberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Deportivo Galicia had played much better football throughout.
