The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aron Vikström was a little too slow when Dursun Mertoğlu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 3-0. The supporters of caldiran booed when Karlsborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Stenman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anton Stenman charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anton Stenman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anton Stenman kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When Dursun Mertoğlu, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 34 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Aron Vikström was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Karlsborg's Aron Vikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dursun Mertoğlu in the 39th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 51 played minutes, caldiran's Yakup Ongen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aron Vikström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in caldiran reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Villiam Andersson during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Villiam Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Yakup Ongen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Aron Vikström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dündar Uygan took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aron Vikström. Dündar Uygan's late challenge caught a Karlsborg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dündar Uygan helped the player get up and apologised. Dündar Uygan hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 76th match minute, Karlsborg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Norberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dursun Mertoğlu in the 84th minute of play forced Karlsborg's goalkeeper Aron Vikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Karlsborg's goal looked a bit too open when Dündar Uygan came free, but Aron Vikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karlsborg's goalkeeper Aron Vikström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bahadırhan Ortanca's late challenge caught a Karlsborg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bahadırhan Ortanca helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th match minute, caldiran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahadırhan Ortanca to maneuver through the defense. Karlsborg's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
