In the 15th minute Nestor Chap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandez Guasch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Atlético Grau Piura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taaniel Reyes to maneuver through the defense. Fernandez Guasch was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filomeno Aurken charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. I.'s Paulo Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Oterino in the 78th minute of play. Fernandez Guasch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Sotil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Q. T. But to his dismay, Aldo Erauso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. If Aldo Erauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
