Thiago Paraibano didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonardo Reizabal was the one to do the kick off. When Horácio Gonçalves came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the Jataiense Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horácio Gonçalves couldn't finish the play. Hogwarts's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luizão Pesquera ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Jataiense Futebol Clube booed when Hogwarts was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oswaldo Andujar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jataiense Futebol Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luizão Pesquera in the 61st minute. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Luizão Pesquera was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stasio Serwach in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Nicolás Castillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stasio Serwach was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Golaki Goiano in the 88th minute of play forced Hogwarts's goalkeeper Stasio Serwach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Golaki Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jataiense Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Golaki Goiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stasio Serwach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexander Milošević took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stasio Serwach. Stasio Serwach dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. In the 94th minute, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Golaki Goiano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stasio Serwach. Stasio Serwach yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8.
