The supporters of Meerkats FC booed when Electric Frankenstein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kacper Pinczewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xavier Amorini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Seracino Inglott in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Callus in the 15th minute of play forced Electric Frankenstein's goalkeeper Xavier Amorini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Electric Frankenstein were awarded a corner. Fox 张飞 went to the cornerflag to take it. After 23 played minutes Meerkats FC got a freekick which was hit by Nick Farrugia. With a little luck, Meerkats FC's Fredric Hansson got control of the ball when Fox 张飞 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Meerkats FC's Fredric Hansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Meerkats FC from getting a goal against them. Fox 张飞 in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Seracino Inglott was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's Vincent Callus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xavier Amorini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Galin Tzarvulkov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fredric Hansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Galin Tzarvulkov struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Fredric Hansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Electric Frankenstein. Miguel Manns hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Robert Portanier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Xavier Amorini. Electric Frankenstein's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kevin Musu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Xavier Amorini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fredric Hansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenaido Menarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fox 张飞 came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Electric Frankenstein fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fox 张飞 couldn't finish the play. Electric Frankenstein were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Meerkats FC for a fine match.
