With a little luck, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Şemsettin Tanaltay got control of the ball when Maximo Emeterio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Şemsettin Tanaltay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Fix, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Maximo Emeterio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Şemsettin Tanaltay made a huge save. A collision led to Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Zülfikar Akgöl hit a great ball. Şemsettin Tanaltay was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Igor Cilio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Igor Cilio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Maximo Emeterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atlético Montserrat! In the 28th minute, Süreyya Kıvanç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Şemsettin Tanaltay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Luzea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Atlético Montserrat getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Maximo Emeterio hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Cem Macit came free, but Everardo Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

56 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Everardo Fernandez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cem Macit. Bünyamin Uğursay kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Luisito Fix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Luisito Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the game, Şanver Enfa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético Montserrat the free kick. In the 72nd match minute, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şanver Enfa to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Cem Macit came free, but Everardo Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cesar Ted had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the game, Şanver Enfa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Everardo Fernandez. Şanver Enfa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After 91 played minutes Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ got a freekick which was hit by Zülfikar Akgöl. In the 93rd minute, Süreyya Kıvanç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Atlético Montserrat were victorious despite being under pressure from Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ for much of the match.
