Paraskevas Papandreou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Giorgian Arrascaeta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paraskevas Papandreou having to make a save. Simão Santos charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Prodromos Merganiotis made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Warren FC - DMZ's Eusébio Vieira. The crowd rose to their feet as Warren FC - DMZ's Giorgian Arrascaeta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paraskevas Papandreou. That made the score 0-3 after 58 minutes of play. The supporters of Warren FC - DMZ booed when ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Warren FC - DMZ played a much better game than ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C. and deserved their victory. The ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
