Spectators: 190 (Terracing: 143, Seating: 44, VIP seats: 3) MINEIROS's Nico de Mendonça started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nico de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Mihály Horváth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benê Amorim in the 7th minute of play forced Ágyúsok FC's goalkeeper Mihály Horváth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Nando Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihály Horváth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krisztián Vén kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Baltazár Lorberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ágyúsok FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltazár Lorberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serginho Taffarel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 27 minutes of play, MINEIROS's Nando Leão made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mihály Horváth was left in no man's land by his defense there! MINEIROS's Serginho Taffarel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save MINEIROS from getting a goal against them. Nando Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Mihály Horváth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nico de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Ágyúsok FC defense, Nico de Mendonça kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mihály Horváth. The Ágyúsok FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mihály Horváth should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute Benê Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihály Horváth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, MINEIROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Guerreiro to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baltazár Lorberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Tibor Moravecz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serginho Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Nico de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Mihály Horváth made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, MINEIROS's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazár Lorberg came free, but Serginho Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tibor Moravecz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Fábio Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihály Horváth having to interfere. Mihály Horváth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nando Leão in the 71st minute of the match. Mihály Horváth was a little too slow when Maicon Quintal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-4. After 78 played minutes Ágyúsok FC got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Thürmann. MINEIROS's Naldo Baiano couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ágyúsok FC. In the 80th minute, MINEIROS's Maicon Quintal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nico de Mendonça got free with Mihály Horváth in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Ágyúsok FC defense, Maicon Quintal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mihály Horváth. The Ágyúsok FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mihály Horváth should have stopped the shot. When the match was over MINEIROS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ágyúsok FC throughout the match.
