The audience thought a goal was coming when Toader Arotăriței got free with Czeslaw Luty in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 5th minute, Marin Gavrilă fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 16th match minute, Balavanis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigel Crăciun to maneuver through the defense. Czeslaw Luty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marin Gavrilă, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacy Percha in the 26th minute of play forced Balavanis's goalkeeper Petre Baicea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC LongeR's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gilbert Czerniak in the 27th minute. If Marin Gavrilă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Toader Arotăriței received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Czeslaw Luty came out and tried to block the shot, but Toader Arotăriței slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 34th minute. Nae Groșan kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Zygmunt Dynda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Baicea having to interfere. Zygmunt Dynda's late challenge caught a Balavanis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zygmunt Dynda helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th match minute, FC LongeR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zygmunt Dynda to maneuver through the defense. Czeslaw Luty made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Toader Arotăriței sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Zygmunt Dynda made the kick off in the second half. Petre Baicea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zygmunt Dynda in the 51st minute. 57 minutes into the game, Marin Gavrilă was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balavanis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC LongeR the free kick. The supporters of FC LongeR booed when Balavanis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marin Gavrilă didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th match minute, FC LongeR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wieslaw Pilipiec to maneuver through the defense. Gilbert Czerniak hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Toader Arotăriței recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC LongeR's goalkeeper Czeslaw Luty, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Balavanis's goalkeeper Petre Baicea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfred Polek. In the 73rd minute Toader Arotăriței shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Czeslaw Luty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Alfred Polek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Tomasz Kluczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of FC LongeR booed when Balavanis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toader Arotăriței didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 83 minutes, Ignacy Percha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC LongeR and the Balavanis players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Balavanis booed when FC LongeR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacy Percha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Czeslaw Luty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marin Gavrilă, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Balavanis fully deserved thier win.
