The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in KKP Spasione Kocury's zone, Ward Raeymakers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lech Rosen came out of the goal and Ward Raeymakers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Boleslaw Polakowski fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KKP Spasione Kocury's protests and gave Boleslaw Polakowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th match minute, KKP Spasione Kocury was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boleslaw Polakowski to maneuver through the defense. Boleslaw Polakowski took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernard Ryers. Bernard Ryers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. KKP Spasione Kocury's Boleslaw Polakowski got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute Boleslaw Polakowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Ryers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Forza Heppenbach's Bernard Ryers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Zurawski in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Forza Heppenbach's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Polakowski came free, but Bernard Ryers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruben de Wolf's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lech Rosen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Forza Heppenbach were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after KKP Spasione Kocury's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ward Raeymakers took the corner. The corner led Forza Heppenbach's Ward Raeymakers to fire away a dangerous shot which Lech Rosen despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bernard Ryers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Zurawski in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Herbert Zurawski notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Forza Heppenbach's Bernard Ryers. Bernard Ryers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernard Ryers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Zurawski in the 44th minute of play. When Andrzej Awizo fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KKP Spasione Kocury's protests and gave Andrzej Awizo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to KKP Spasione Kocury getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Andrzej Awizo hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Boleslaw Polakowski notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Forza Heppenbach's Bernard Ryers. Bernard Ryers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ward Raeymakers to make the kick off. Lech Rosen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben de Wolf, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. With a little luck, Forza Heppenbach's Bernard Ryers got control of the ball when Herbert Zurawski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Richey Bernaerts's late challenge caught a KKP Spasione Kocury's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richey Bernaerts helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, one of Forza Heppenbach:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Forza Heppenbach. KKP Spasione Kocury's Lech Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben de Wolf in the 73rd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Bernard Ryers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bernard Ryers made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Andrzej Awizo sent off a good shot on target. If Ward Raeymakers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sabin Zubiagas short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Bernard Ryers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bernard Ryers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Zubiaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
