The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Guga Coutinho got a free kick in the 12th minute. Petre Baicea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto de Queiroz in the 17th minute of the match. Timeteo Bolas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Gavrilă in the 20th minute of play. Petre Baicea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Penha in the 22nd minute of play. Marin Gavrilă received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Timeteo Bolas came out and tried to block the shot, but Marin Gavrilă slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 28th minute. Timeteo Bolas was a little too slow when Toader Arotăriței got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toader Arotăriței to strike the kick off in the second half. Petre Baicea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto de Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Gigel Crăciun took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Timeteo Bolas. Timeteo Bolas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. A collision led to TIMETER EC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Frank Saldanha hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the game, Balavanis's Marin Gavrilă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timeteo Bolas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Timeteo Bolas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigel Crăciun in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute Toader Arotăriței shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timeteo Bolas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Balavanis's goalkeeper Petre Baicea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timeteo Corte. 81 minutes into the match, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Gigel Crăciun came free, but Timeteo Bolas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Toader Arotăriței notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Timeteo Bolas. Timeteo Bolas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to TIMETER EC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ricardo Penha hit a great ball. Timeteo Corte's late challenge caught a Balavanis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timeteo Corte helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st minute, Timeteo Corte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the game, Codrin Lăzărescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Timeteo Bolas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Balavanis walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
