After taking down the ball on Internet XAire's corner Modesto Fernendo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zuri Megia quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the NEWELL´S OLD BOYS defense, Adam Bareiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zuri Megia. The NEWELL´S OLD BOYS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zuri Megia should have stopped the shot. In the 27th minute, Adam Bareiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Adam Bareiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the NEWELL´S OLD BOYS defense, Adam Bareiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zuri Megia. The NEWELL´S OLD BOYS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zuri Megia should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adam Bareiro in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zuri Megia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 40 minutes into the game, Baltasar Rios was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Internet XAire the free kick. The supporters of Internet XAire booed when NEWELL´S OLD BOYS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Rios didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adam Bareiro took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zuri Megia. Zuri Megia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Internet XAire made a substitution. Victorio Perico replaced Modesto Fernendo. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Internet XAire's Feliks Osowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Toli in the 53rd minute of play. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Zuri Megia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save NEWELL´S OLD BOYS from getting a goal against them. Moises Sugoi made a great header on Internet XAire's corner, it was just that NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Zuri Megia managed to reach the ball for a save. Adam Bareiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zuri Megia having to interfere. Zuri Megia came out of the goal and Adam Bareiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zuri Megia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Perico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the game, Adam Bareiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zuri Megia. Adam Bareiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. The NEWELL´S OLD BOYS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Internet XAire were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
