Fisica UNT's goal looked a bit too open when Aziz Akarsu came free, but Leonides Eladio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo Mukenio's Ruben Benvido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Mukenio from getting a goal against them. After 25 minutes, Nunez Sanchez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Mukenio and the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nunez Sanchez kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Juan Pablo Gallinas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 28 played minutes Deportivo Mukenio got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Tohias. In the 28th minute, Rosendo Farias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruben Benvido made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Tomás Marini sent off a good shot on target. When Moises Cordarell fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Mukenio's protests and gave Moises Cordarell a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Deportivo Mukenio! Deportivo Mukenio:s Ruben Benvido showed great skill when he stopped Jose Rayman:s penalty. Deportivo Mukenio's Ruben Benvido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Marini in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Nunez Sanchez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Aziz Akarsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Mukenio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tomás Marini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Benvido having to interfere.

The wind increased when Aziz Akarsu made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aziz Akarsu got free with Leonides Eladio in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ruben Benvido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Pablo Gallinas's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Marcelino Panfilo's late challenge caught a Deportivo Mukenio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelino Panfilo helped the player get up and apologised. Alejandro Eufrasio kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. With a little luck, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Leonides Eladio got control of the ball when Aziz Akarsu tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Aziz Akarsu took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Leonides Eladio to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Tomás Marini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Benvido was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Agustin Tohias kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute Tomás Marini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Benvido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tomás Marini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Benvido was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Ruben Benvido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Eufrasio in the 78th minute of play. After 79 minutes of play, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Juan Pablo Gallinas made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruben Benvido was left in no man's land by his defense there! 83 minutes into the match, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goalkeeper Leonides Eladio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aziz Akarsu. The audience was convinced that Tomás Marini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Benvido was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Ruben Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Marini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despite being the better team, Deportivo Mukenio failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
