Gaston Gotzon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ruben Benvido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Mukenio's Ruben Benvido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Mukenio from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mukenio's goalkeeper Ruben Benvido had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by German Gil. In the 13th match minute, Deportivo Mukenio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Cordarell to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute Adrian Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Benvido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Deportivo Mukenio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Tohias to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the game, Absolut Rasta FC's German Gil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruben Benvido made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The audience was convinced that German Gil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Benvido was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After 23 played minutes Deportivo Mukenio got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Farias. Ruben Benvido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Gil in the 26th minute of play. Absolut Rasta FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adrian Matteo in the 27th minute. The corner ended in Leopoldo Pabla almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Deportivo Mukenio's Ruben Benvido did a great save. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Leopoldo Pabla sped through Deportivo Mukenio's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruben Benvido. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Gil in the 32nd minute of play forced Deportivo Mukenio's goalkeeper Ruben Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Teodosio Timo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Deportivo Mukenio's Ruben Benvido did a great save. Deportivo Mukenio's Ruben Benvido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Gil in the 35th minute of play. Ruben Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, Deportivo Mukenio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aziz Akarsu to maneuver through the defense. Leopoldo Pabla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Ruben Benvido made a huge save. 40 minutes into the game, Adrian Matteo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ruben Benvido. Adrian Matteo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. If Faustino Ladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers German Gil in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Benvido saved Deportivo Mukenio from getting behind. Absolut Rasta FC's German Gil got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Absolut Rasta FC were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Deportivo Mukenio's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adrian Matteo took the corner. The corner ended in Adrian Matteo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Deportivo Mukenio's Ruben Benvido did a great save. In the 53rdth minute of the game German Gil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Mukenio's Ruben Benvido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Gil in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruben Benvido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Absolut Rasta FC fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Absolut Rasta FC's German Gil looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ruben Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Siro Xabat during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, Siro Xabat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrian Matteo couldn't finish the play. When Absolut Rasta FC's German Gil in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 80th match minute, Deportivo Mukenio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Sanchez to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mukenio's Rosendo Farias got a free kick in the 90th minute. Adrian Matteo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Nalo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Deportivo Mukenio's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
