Arrecifes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GiaSiRo 08 the free kick. Guillermo Orland kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Marcial Navarro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Lemme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Arrecifes were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after GiaSiRo 08's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eriberto Lizardi took the corner. After taking down the ball on Arrecifes's corner Eriberto Lizardi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aldo Lemme quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Arrecifes's Marcial Navarro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aldo Lemme. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. 16 minutes into the match, GiaSiRo 08's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Navarro came free, but Aldo Lemme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Navarro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elvio Victoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Lemme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcial Navarro's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Elvio Victoro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 25th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Marcial Navarro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of GiaSiRo 08 booed when Arrecifes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Victoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to GiaSiRo 08 getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ermanno Alfonsi hit a great ball. Eriberto Lizardi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aldo Lemme. GiaSiRo 08's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Uriel Berto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Poletti, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Uriel Berto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Giannetta in the 38th minute of the match. Marcial Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Marcial Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arrecifes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Navarro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabio Jago received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aldo Lemme came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabio Jago slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabio Jago stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aldo Lemme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Jago in the 50th minute of play. Aldo Lemme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Navarro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aldo Lemme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Navarro, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Aldo Lemme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0.
