Jude Bellingham could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Jan-Åke Nordlander made a huge save. Raí Araújo hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After 13 played minutes Clube Atlético Mineiro got a freekick which was hit by Raí Araújo. After 17 played minutes FF Små Gröna Män got a freekick which was hit by Filiph Giliusson. After 28 minutes FF Små Gröna Män's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Romário Ronaldo who took care of the corner kick. Clube Atlético Mineiro's Romário Ronaldo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jan-Åke Nordlander in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Larsson in the 31st minute of play forced Clube Atlético Mineiro's goalkeeper José Maria Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kurt Majman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Carvalho having to interfere. Filiph Giliusson kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Dalmo Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FF Små Gröna Män's Jan-Åke Nordlander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jude Bellingham in the 45th minute of play. After the first half FF Små Gröna Män were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Larsson to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Clube Atlético Mineiro's Vítor Coelho got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ramón Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Kurt Majman managed to get in a good position for a shot. FF Små Gröna Män's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Majman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Maria Carvalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Ahlbom in the 62nd minute of play forced Clube Atlético Mineiro's goalkeeper José Maria Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, FF Små Gröna Män's goal looked a bit too open when Jude Bellingham came free, but Jan-Åke Nordlander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FF Små Gröna Män getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ian Ahlbom hit a great ball. Jan-Åke Nordlander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jude Bellingham in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, FF Små Gröna Män was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Larsson to maneuver through the defense. José Maria Carvalho was a little too slow when Ian Ahlbom got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 85th minute, Rolf Gabrielsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of José Maria Carvalho. The goal made the score 1-4. Clube Atlético Mineiro's Romário Ronaldo got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to FF Små Gröna Män getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ian Ahlbom hit a great ball. Ramón Negri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan-Åke Nordlander. FF Små Gröna Män's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Clube Atlético Mineiro's José Maria Carvalho got control of the ball when Kurt Majman tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Clube Atlético Mineiro supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FF Små Gröna Män's performance. The match ended with a win for FF Små Gröna Män.
