Santiago Diagur scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Blomkvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebastian Blomkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Bero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Blomkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Bero in the 10th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, MaLe FC's Rolf Algren got a free kick in the 12th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Peter Hultin put in a rough tackle. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when MaLe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Hultin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's Santiago Diagur broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 20 played minutes MaLe FC got a freekick which was hit by Malte Olofsson. Sebastian Blomkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Bero in the 24th minute of play. After some careless play in the MaLe FC defense, Carolo Xabel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Blomkvist. The MaLe FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Blomkvist should have stopped the shot. Sebastian Blomkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Bero in the 36th minute of the match. Sebastian Blomkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Bero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Diagur in the 41st minute of play forced MaLe FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Blomkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MaLe FC's Sebastian Blomkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Bero in the 43rd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Erling Björk notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Despidida AFC's Edelmiro Haimar. Edelmiro Haimar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Despidida AFC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Donato Bero to strike the kick off in the second half. Carolo Xabel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Sebastian Blomkvist made a huge save. Sebastian Blomkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santiago Diagur in the 59th minute. In the 73rd minute Donato Bero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Blomkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torbjörn Bern hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Algren came free, but Edelmiro Haimar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despidida AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MaLe FC the free kick. Edelmiro Haimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Algren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, MaLe FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Blomkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santiago Diagur. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Torbjörn Bern managed to get in a good position for a shot. MaLe FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Torbjörn Bern was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edelmiro Haimar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Despidida AFC played a much better game than MaLe FC and deserved their victory. The MaLe FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
