Cornel Stoicea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adérito Amaro's late challenge caught a Viola Invest's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adérito Amaro helped the player get up and apologised. Adérito Amaro hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Cornel Stoicea charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cornel Stoicea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Florin Bălașa hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Flavius Izbașa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adérito Amaro went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. When Adérito Amaro came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Hiperbórea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adérito Amaro couldn't finish the play. Hiperbórea's Henrique Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Teodoreanu in the 13th minute of play. If Paulo Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flavius Izbașa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Leal in the 15th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Martin Bilașco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Flavius Izbașa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tiago Ferrão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Viola Invest's Flavius Izbașa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adérito Amaro in the 30th minute of play. Florin Răducioiu was shown his second yellow card after 39 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Tiago Ferrão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavius Izbașa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Nae Bărboianu's late challenge caught a Hiperbórea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viola Invest's Flavius Izbașa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Viola Invest from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nae Bărboianu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nae Bărboianu struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Henrique Tinoco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viola Invest. Flavius Izbașa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adérito Amaro in the 54th minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Adérito Amaro came free, but Flavius Izbașa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Ferrão in the 56th minute of play forced Viola Invest's goalkeeper Flavius Izbașa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Adérito Amaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavius Izbașa was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Martin Bilașco kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Ferrão came free, but Flavius Izbașa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Adérito Amaro put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Flavius Izbașa. After 77 minutes, George Teodoreanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viola Invest and the Hiperbórea players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Viola Invest's George Teodoreanu got a free kick in the 77th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiago Ferrão in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavius Izbașa saved Viola Invest from getting behind. If Rui Trindade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the game, Hiperbórea's Tiago Ferrão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavius Izbașa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. George Teodoreanu hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Flavius Izbașa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiago Ferrão went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 89 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Jesualdo Silveira came free, but Flavius Izbașa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavius Izbașa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Ferrão in the 89th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jesualdo Silveira in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavius Izbașa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hiperbórea had played much better football throughout.
