Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andy Johnson took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Johnson in the 5th minute of play forced Piquirenda FC's goalkeeper Bartolo Amato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 minutes, Tom Misaki made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Piquirenda FC's Bartolo Amato tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute of the match, Rigoberto Cesaro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bartolo Amato saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rigoberto Cesaro hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Tom Misaki took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bartolo Amato. Bartolo Amato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Armando Matia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Benat in the 23rd minute of the match. Saverio Benat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 31 minutes, Marcos Montrel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piquirenda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Montrel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Inter Miami CF booed when Piquirenda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Isias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Raúl Riquelme hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 39 played minutes Piquirenda FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Iigo. Gervasio Hernandez hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 47th match minute, Piquirenda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Isias to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Armando Matia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Saverio Benat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 52 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Montrel in the 56th minute of play forced Inter Miami CF's goalkeeper Armando Matia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 61 minutes, Pablo Rufio made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Inter Miami CF's Armando Matia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tom Misaki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pablo Rufio struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Armando Matia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piquirenda FC. Armando Matia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Benat, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Armando Matia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Armando Matia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fabricio Iigo. 93 minutes into the game, Tom Misaki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inter Miami CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piquirenda FC the free kick. Tom Misaki kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Armando Matia came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Piquirenda FC's Pablo Rufio. But to his dismay, Pablo Rufio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3.
