An unexpectedly hard shot by Izydor Czubski in the 4th minute of play forced Defensores de Savóia's goalkeeper Renato Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerson Azevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerson Azevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Savóia's Gerson Azevedo got a free kick in the 5th minute. Feliks Drzewucki scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Renato Rocha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Defensores de Savóia defense, Izydor Czubski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Renato Rocha. The Defensores de Savóia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renato Rocha should have stopped the shot. Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Fred Haney proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Real Kuskatan C.F. from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Defensores de Savóia's Walmyr Ferreira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fred Haney. That made the score 1-2 after 14 minutes of play. 19 minutes into the game, Feliks Drzewucki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Renato Rocha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Renato Rocha came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Marco Ruben. But to his dismay, Marco Ruben quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Savóia's zone, Feliks Drzewucki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renato Rocha came out of the goal and Feliks Drzewucki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Renato Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Ruben in the 30th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, Kaká Linhares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Defensores de Savóia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Kuskatan C.F. the free kick. Kaká Linhares kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Renato Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moisés Soeiro in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Defensores de Savóia's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Czubski came free, but Renato Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Kuskatan C.F. were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Defensores de Savóia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marco Ruben took the corner. The corner led to Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Moisés Soeiro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Defensores de Savóia's Renato Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Ruben in the 43rd minute of play. The Defensores de Savóia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Kuskatan C.F. were winning 1-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olívio Sampaio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Izydor Czubski rounded Defensores de Savóia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliks Drzewucki got free with Renato Rocha in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. José Carlos Fernandez charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Carlos Fernandez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Savóia's José Carlos Fernandez got a free kick in the 57th minute. The long shot by Marco Ruben in the 58th minute really tested Renato Rocha's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Renato Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Izydor Czubski, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Renato Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Ruben in the 67th minute of play. Renato Rocha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feliks Drzewucki in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Defensores de Savóia's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Ruben came free, but Renato Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Feliks Drzewucki got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Marco Ruben ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renato Rocha was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-8. In the 80th minute, Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Izydor Czubski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Renato Rocha. Renato Rocha yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-9. Real Kuskatan C.F. made a substitution. Manuel Fuentes replaced Marco Ruben. Renato Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izydor Czubski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Feng Hao Hui sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renato Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Izydor Czubski took a quick shot and it went in 1-10 without a chance for Renato Rocha to make any attempt to save it. 92 minutes into the match, Feliks Drzewucki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Renato Rocha. Defensores de Savóia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliks Drzewucki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-11. In the 95th play minute Feliks Drzewucki came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Renato Rocha. 1-12. Real Kuskatan C.F.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
