Thanks to some nice moves Michael Palm could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Franco Bosso however easily saved by the left post. In the 14th minute of the match BENA FK got a corner. CLC Winter's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Helge Jönsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hans Lustig was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Franco Bosso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludvig Söderquist in the 16th minute of the match. Franco Bosso made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Michael Palm sent off a good shot on target. After 22 minutes, Antonio Vieri made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. BENA FK's Gaspar Leheren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute, Damiano Di Placido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to BENA FK getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ludvig Söderquist hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Di Placido in the 31st minute of play forced BENA FK's goalkeeper Gaspar Leheren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, CLC Winter's Alberigo Sorge got a free kick in the 31st minute. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Michael Palm got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Gaspar Leheren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Vieri, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 48th minute, Michael Palm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Antonio Vieri made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Palm in the 52nd minute of play forced CLC Winter's goalkeeper Franco Bosso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CLC Winter's Franco Bosso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joacim Strömbom in the 63rd minute of play. Damiano Di Placido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Gaspar Leheren made a huge save. CLC Winter's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Armando Melis in the 67th minute. A collision led to BENA FK getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Joacim Strömbom hit a great ball. If Ludvig Söderquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The supporters of BENA FK booed when CLC Winter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Vieri didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the CLC Winter players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for BENA FK.
