The ball went over the crossbar instead. 13 minutes into the match, Wang Cheng Xiang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucjan Gierlach. Galaxy Team U18's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wang Cheng Xiang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Saul Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Alijilán returns getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Saul Iruinea hit a great ball. Lucjan Gierlach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Iruinea in the 20th minute of play. Wasyl Dubiel kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Galaxy Team U18's Lucjan Gierlach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Iruinea in the 23rd minute of play. Leonard Furgat kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Galaxy Team U18's goalkeeper Lucjan Gierlach had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saul Iruinea. Saul Iruineas short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Lucjan Gierlach to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Saul Iruinea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucjan Gierlach read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galaxy Team U18's goalkeeper Lucjan Gierlach, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ladislao Herena's late challenge caught a Galaxy Team U18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alijilán returns's Roque Clementi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Alijilán returns from getting a goal against them. If Saul Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Iruinea in the 70th minute of play forced Galaxy Team U18's goalkeeper Lucjan Gierlach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72nd play minutes Saul Iruinea shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Lucjan Gierlach and just under the crossbar into goal. Galaxy Team U18 made a substitution. The Galaxy Team U18 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucjan Gierlach should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Alijilán returns had played much better football throughout.
