Carmichael Tinsley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Radomir Pracki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Australian Youth Academy's Sharizan Keng nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Radomir Pracki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Radomir Pracki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmichael Tinsley in the 28th minute of play. Radomir Pracki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brice Lewry, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jurand Hyska made a kick off. Baxter Baba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominik Bugajski in the 51st minute of play. Palau Końskowola's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edgar Poling in the 52nd minute. The corner led Palau Końskowola's Edgar Poling to fire away a dangerous shot which Baxter Baba despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sharizan Keng hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Jones Schutt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sharizan Keng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Radomir Pracki made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ben Minton during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ben Minton hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Palau Końskowola's goalkeeper Radomir Pracki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sharizan Keng. In the 82nd minute, Teofil Watarz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baxter Baba was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The supporters of Australian Youth Academy booed when Palau Końskowola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gleis Bremer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Fletcher Baba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Australian Youth Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Fletcher Baba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radomir Pracki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute, Carmichael Tinsley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Fletcher Baba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Poling, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The Palau Końskowola supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Australian Youth Academy's performance. The match ended with a win for Australian Youth Academy.
