When Orlando Loreto fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Vieja Guarida FC's protests and gave Orlando Loreto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to La Vieja Guarida FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Orlando Loreto hit a great ball. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Stanimir Dragnev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Ninjas in Pyjamas from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute, Orlando Loreto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stanimir Dragnev. The goal made the score 2-0. With a little luck, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Stanimir Dragnev got control of the ball when Baltasar Derwin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sebastian Orlanda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iván Zamorano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stanimir Dragnev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 33 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalkeeper Stanimir Dragnev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltasar Derwin. 36 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Loreto came free, but Stanimir Dragnev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, La Vieja Guarida FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Zamorano came free, but Sebastian Orlanda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Stanimir Dragnev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Ninjas in Pyjamas from getting a goal against them.

The corner led to Ninjas in Pyjamas's Aurelian Zogreanu getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonides Ekain during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes La Vieja Guarida FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Ekain. Iván Zamorano in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sebastian Orlanda, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to La Vieja Guarida FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jeronimo Bartolome hit a great ball. Sabin Bojonca hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes, La Vieja Guarida FC's Elias Ereinotz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stanimir Dragnev came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Vieja Guarida FC reached it. Sebastian Orlanda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iván Zamorano went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. When Iván Zamorano came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Ninjas in Pyjamas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iván Zamorano couldn't finish the play. Daniel Tjernström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ninjas in Pyjamas getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Codrin Zdrobău hit a great ball. La Vieja Guarida FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
