La Vieja Guarida FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elias Ereinotz in the 12th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Elias Ereinotz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Constantino Colombres. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Sebastian Orlanda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atauri Fermoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute of the match, Elias Ereinotz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Constantino Colombres saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►► getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ariando Belda hit a great ball. Sebastian Orlanda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Tendiero, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Tendiero in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Orlanda saved La Vieja Guarida FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ronaldo Tendiero sped through La Vieja Guarida FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sebastian Orlanda. Heli Guedeja charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heli Guedeja the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd match minute, ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►► was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heli Guedeja to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Orlanda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Tendiero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Vieja Guarida FC's Sebastian Orlanda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Tendiero in the 41st minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Constantino Colombres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Ereinotz in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Atauri Fermoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldo Tendiero hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. The supporters of ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►► booed when La Vieja Guarida FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Loreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 minutes of play, La Vieja Guarida FC's Elias Ereinotz made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Constantino Colombres was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, La Vieja Guarida FC's Leonides Ekain got a free kick in the 76th minute. Leonides Ekain didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Vieja Guarida FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Orlanda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Heli Guedeja could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Sebastian Orlanda made a huge save. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Vieja Guarida FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xulio Riego was slow to take the kick. During this time ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►►'s players had a chance to rest. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Ronaldo Tendiero put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastian Orlanda.
