The corner went over the outstretched arms of Les 3 Quilles FC's goalie and right to Zhou Hai Nan. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Les 3 Quilles FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The supporters of HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE booed when Les 3 Quilles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Alves didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gui Joinvilense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bat Man didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 12th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Les 3 Quilles FC's Bat Man played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gui Joinvilense in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's goal looked a bit too open when Jules Spinelli came free, but Marcelo Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Jules Spinelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Rossi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Zhou Hai Nan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Bat Man skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kevin Mac Allister's late challenge caught a HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kevin Mac Allister helped the player get up and apologised.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jules Spinelli to strike the kick off in the second half. Bat Man made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhou Hai Nan in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jules Spinelli in the 57th minute of play forced HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Marcelo Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bat Man showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhou Hai Nan in the 59th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gui Joinvilense in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bat Man saved Les 3 Quilles FC from getting behind. Gui Joinvilense blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bat Man having to make a save. 67 minutes into the match, Les 3 Quilles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zhou Hai Nan came free, but Bat Man reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bat Man stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gui Joinvilense's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Marcelo Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszek Kapelski, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Gui Joinvilense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bat Man having to interfere. In the 94th minute Jules Spinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
