A collision led to FC ciufulici getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Remus Onea hit a great ball. Ivan Ferrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Vlas, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Ivan Ferrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Gârleanu in the 8th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match, Edgar Vlas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ivan Ferrell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Friggle FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Edgar Vlas scored to the left of an out of position Ivan Ferrell, making the score, 1-0. Edgar Vlas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Ivan Ferrell made a huge save. In the 31st minute, Edgar Vlas made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Ferrell. Friggle FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Ivan Ferrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Vlas in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Friggle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Comarnescu came free, but Ivan Ferrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Ferrell made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when George Giurcă sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the game, Edgar Vlas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivan Ferrell. Edgar Vlas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. After a rather tough play, FC ciufulici's Edgar Comarnescu got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Story-Moore to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Friggle FC booed when FC ciufulici was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Comarnescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Edgar Comarnescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ciufulici's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Comarnescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Ferrell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, Friggle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Vlas came free, but Ivan Ferrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stevie Warburton kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Edgar Vlas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Ferrell was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Friggle FC's Ivan Ferrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Comarnescu in the 67th minute of play. Ivan Ferrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Vlas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC ciufulici getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Edgar Comarnescu hit a great ball. Edgar Vlas took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Ferrell. Ivan Ferrell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Edgar Vlas put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ivan Ferrell. After some careless play in the Friggle FC defense, Edgar Vlas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Ferrell. The Friggle FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Ferrell should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC ciufulici fully deserved thier win.
