In the 3rd minute of the match Santo Gomez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Betinho Brodel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Betinho Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Eli in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Maricá FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Gomez came free, but Betinho Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's Santo Gomez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Betinho Brodel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's corner Justo Elodio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Betinho Brodel quite easily take care of the ball. Betinho Brodel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Eli went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the match, Juan Eli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Betinho Brodel. Maricá FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Eli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Betinho Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Eli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santo Gomez scored 0-3 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Betinho Brodel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Juan Eli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Betinho Brodel was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Enzo Gorosti charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enzo Gorosti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 27 minutes into the match, Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's goal looked a bit too open when Frédson Tasso came free, but Gaudencio Gudesteo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Santo Gomez notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Maricá FC's Betinho Brodel. Betinho Brodel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 34 minutes of play, Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's Juan Eli made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betinho Brodel was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Eli in the 40th minute of play forced Maricá FC's goalkeeper Betinho Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuel Catarinense to make the kick off. Amancio Presebal struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Betinho Brodel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18. After a defensive mix-up in Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's zone, Manuel Catarinense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Gudesteo came out of the goal and Manuel Catarinense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the game, Gualterio Abeita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maricá FC the free kick. In the 55th match minute, Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Abeita to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Eli got free with Betinho Brodel in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's Amancio Presebal shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 62nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Betinho Brodel but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's Juan Eli got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Betinho Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Eli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute of the match Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 got a corner. Maricá FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Justo Elodio ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Apolo Perrando heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Maricá FC's Betinho Brodel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Maricá FC from getting a goal against them. Juan Eli who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Betinho Brodel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Betinho Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Eli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Manuel Catarinense was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. The supporters of Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 booed when Maricá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Juan Eli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Eli in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Betinho Brodel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute, Enzo Gorosti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juan Eli might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Betinho Brodel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Eli ran back to his position shaking his head. 93 minutes into the match, Maricá FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Eli came free, but Betinho Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Santo Gomez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's supporters rose to their feet, but Santo Gomez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Betinho Brodel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Maricá FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
