After 39 played minutes, Kulp's Ahmet Baki Ergünay shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Samuca Bezerra came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kulp reached it. Adriano Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Necaettin Orgunalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necaettin Orgunalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil dos Santos in the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Necaettin Orgunalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Eduardo Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After a rather tough play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Adriano Secco got a free kick in the 84th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gil dos Santos got free with Necaettin Orgunalp in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Luís Eduardo Arce fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's protests and gave Luís Eduardo Arce a yellow card for diving instead. Necaettin Orgunalp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Eduardo Arce's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rondinone F.C - FDFDF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
